Mission

The mission of PROACT is to promote research and teaching of RFID-related technology at the Graz University of Technology and similar institutions in the Graz area. PROACT intends to establish Graz and Styria as center of excellence in RFID-related research and education to inspire future directions of this research and to provide the expanding RFID industry with well-trained engineers.

Vision

Industry and universities in and around Graz form a globally-known and recognized center of excellence in research and development in RFID-related technology and systems relying on this technology. PROACT provides the necessary academic component and in connection with industry plays a vital role by coming up with new insights in future directions and by stirring appropriate developments PROACTively.
